If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds must be requested via info@best4mage.com with the following information:
- Order #
- Reason for refund
- Site license was bought for.
Upon refund you must destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place. The software must be uninstalled from any computers owned and/or controlled by you. All licenses to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software is an infringement of Best4Mage's copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Refunds will only be done after client details have been checked by us.
Services are excluded from the money back guarantee. Refunds will NOT be issued for services provided including but not limited to product installation, customization, and software development.
